Hungarian Scientologists Celebrate 10 Years in Budapest

Around 500 members of Hungary’s Scientology community came together to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Budapest Ideal Organization on Váci Road.

Dedicated in July 2016, the six-storey religious centre has become a home for Scientology religious services and community programmes. The anniversary brought together a religious service, live music, a photographic and video retrospective and a presentation looking toward the coming years.

Since opening its doors, the Budapest church has also hosted drug-prevention conferences, human-rights events, humanitarian meetings and interfaith news euromillions dialogue. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
